Leidy's Fresh Country Sausage Roll - Nutritional & Cooking Information

Ingredients:
Pork, Water, Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Dextrose, Spices, Natural Flavors, BHT, Propyl Gallate, Citric Acid.

Cooking Instructions:

For optimum freshness, keep refrigerated and use by the date stamped on package. Open packages should be consumed within 3 days, or frozen no longer than 60 days. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave prior to cooking. Sausage is fully cooked when internal temperature is 160°F.

Tip: To prevent the sausage from sticking on the grill or pan, gently coat the cooking surface with vegetable oil or a nonstick vegetable oil spray.

SKILLET:

For Recipes:
If frozen, thaw completely. Scoop out desired amount and place into unheated skillet. Set temperature to 300°F, or on stove top to medium heat. Brown and add to recipe.

For Patties:
Cut into patties 1/2 inch thick. Remove wrapper. Place patties into unheated skillet. Set temperature to 300°F, or on stove top to medium heat. Gently brown patties 3-4 minutes per side for a total of 12-14 minutes, or until an internal temperature reaches 160°F.
