Leidy's Cajun Pork Tasso

Our Leidy's delicious pork tasso is a tender boneless pork shoulder which is hand rubbed with a variety of peppers, garlic and premium herbs and spices before slowly smoking it in our smokehouse. Our pork tasso adds an incredibly smoky, tangy and spicy Cajun flavor to soups, jambalaya, gumbo, pasta and seafood dishes.
