Ingredients: Pork, Beef, Water, Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Natural Smoke Flavor, Garlic, Natural Flavors, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Phosphate, Brown Sugar, Sodium Nitrite, Honey.


Heating Instructions: Preheat grill/skillet to medium heat. Cook 6-7 minutes turning frequently. Slice and serve.
Hawaiian KielbasaINGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. Leidy's Smoked Kielbasa
- In a hot skillet brown kielbasa on all sides in unsalted butter.
- Remove meat from skillet; set aside.
- In a measuring cup, add reserved pineapple juice and enough water to make one cup.
- Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and ginger.
- Add to skillet along with carrots, onions, and pepper strips.
- Return pork to skillet; cover and simmer for twenty-five minutes.
- Remove the pork to a platter and set aside to keep warm.
- Combine pineapple and cornstarch, add to skillet. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Cook one minute longer.
- Spoon vegetable mixture over pork.
- Serve with hot cooked rice.
