This product is already fully cooked.

To reheat: Preheat grill/skillet to medium heat. Cook 6-7 minutes turning frequently.

SERVES:

INGREDIENTS:
(1) 12oz. pkg of Leidy's Smoked Hot Sausage Grillers, long wise and then cut in half

3 tablespoons olive oil

3/4 lb. portabella mushrooms

3/4 cup shallots

5 cloves garlic

Spinach leaves, to taste

1 1/4 cup chicken broth

3/4 pounds penne pasta

2 cups parmesan cheese

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a frying pan over low heat, add olive oil, sausage, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, red pepper, spinach leaves and chicken broth.
2. Cook penne pasta in a separate pan and drain.
3. When finished, mix together and top with Parmesan cheese.
