Ingredients: Pork, Water, Salt, Contains 2% or Less of Brown Sugar, Spices (Including Pepper and Fennel) Monosodium Glutamate, Dextrose, Natural Flavor, Collagen Casing.


Cooking Instructions & Tips:
For optimum freshness, keep refrigerated and use by the date stamped on package. Open packages should be consumed within 3 days, or frozen no longer than 60 days. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave prior to cooking. Sausage is fully cooked when internal temperature is 160°F.
Tip: To prevent the sausage from sticking on the grill or pan, gently coat the cooking surface with vegetable oil or a nonstick vegetable oil spray.
GRILL OR SKILLET: Place grillers on the grill or in a stovetop skillet. Cook over medium high heat (350°F) for 20-25 minutes or until grillers reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Turn often with tongs to brown evenly.
Sausage Grinders with Grilled Italian Peppers

INGREDIENTS:
1-1 1/2 pounds Mild Italian sausage links
3 bell peppers, green, red or yellow, seeded and halved
1 sweet onion, thickly sliced
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
4 submarine or hoagie rolls, split

DIRECTIONS:
- In shallow bowl toss together peppers, onion and vinaigrette.
- Prepare medium hot fire in grill. With tongs or slotted spoon remove pepper and onion from vinaigrette, reserving vinaigrette, and place directly over fire on grill or in grill basket directly over fire.
- Grill until vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally (or shaking grill basket gently).
- Remove from grill, place onions slices back in vinaigrette marinade, toss to coat.
- Slice grilled peppers into 1/2-inch strips; add to onions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill sausages directly over fire, turning to cook evenly, for about 10-12 minutes until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 160 degrees F.; and lightly toast sandwich rolls.
- Place sausages in rolls and generously top with peppers and onions.
