These fully cooked, ready to eat bolognas are great with cheese and crackers as a satisfying snack or as a hors d'oeuvre for your next party.  
To serve:
1)Remove outer casing and slice into ¼ inch slices and cut crosswise.
2) Place on top of favorite cracker and variety cheese and secure with a toothpick.
3) Arrange on a serving platter with whole grain mustard, grapes and pretzels.
