Lebanon & Cream Cheese Rollups

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. Sliced Lebanon Bologna
Softened 8 oz. Cream Cheese
Toothpicks
Pepper to Taste

DIRECTIONS:
Spread softened cream cheese over a slice of Lebanon Bologna.
Roll up the slice and cut into fourths.
Stick a toothpick into each piece.
Serve chilled on a platter.

**Small dill pickles can be substituted for the scallions.
