Black Forest Turkey Breast

Turkey Pumpernickel Hero

Serves 6

Ingredients

1 Loaf (1 pound) pumpernickel bread, cut in half lengthwise
6 Tablespoons fat-free Thousand Island dressing
6 Medium lettuce leaves
2 Medium tomatoes, sliced
1 Small red onion, thinly sliced
(12 ounces) TURKEY DELI SLICES
6 Slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese, (about 1 ounce each)  
  1. Spread 3 tablespoons dressing over each half of bread.
  2. Arrange lettuce leaves over bottom half of bread. Top with tomato slices, onion, turkey deli meat and cheese slices. Place top half of bread over cheese slices.
  3. To serve, cut into 6 slices.
