Cooking Directions for our Smoked Hams:
All of our
smoked hams are fully cooked to 148 degrees. To reheat: Preheat oven to
325 degrees F. Place ½ inch ginger ale on the bottom of a roasting pan.
Cover and reheat 15 mins per pound or to 148 degrees.
