  • ½   lb. Alderfer or Leidy’s Bacon, cooked and broken up
    1   bag of Spinach, thoroughly dried
    1   Bermuda Onion thinly sliced
    2   Hard Boiled Eggs, sliced
    Sliced Mushrooms
  • Dressing:
    2   Tbsp. Sugar
    2   Tbsp. Wine Vinegar
    2   Tbsp. Heavy Cream
    2/3 cup Mayonnaise
Methods/steps
Mix dressing together. Toss with Alderfer or Leidy’s Bacon and vegetables. Chill and serve.
