Our Alderfer and Leidy's brand hams are incredibly meaty, juicy and bursting with flavor and deliver the quality that has been trusted for generations. We still take the time to hardwood smoke, slowly cure and hand-trim our hams…and since both Alderfer & Leidy’s hams are fully cooked, they will add convenience to your meal.
