Alderfer Brand Turkey Bacon - Nutritional & Cooking Information

Cured With: Water, Potassium Lactate, Dextrose, Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Sugar, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.
Cooking Instructions:
Turkey Bacon strips are easily overcooked.
  • Fry: Cook in skillet over low heat. Turn frequently, allowing strips to brown evenly.
  • Bake: Place separated turkey bacon slices on a rack in a shallow pan. Bake about 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.
  • Microwave: Place strips in a shallow glass container or paper plate. Cover with paper towel. Cook on HIGH power. 2 Slices: Approximately 1 ½ minutes.
